Salaam Alaikum. My roommate Nasreen and I have found a HUGE 2-bedroom apartment in Dupont Circle at The Chastleton and are looking for a 3rd female roommate to share. We're making a 3rd bedroom out of half the living room that we'll rent out for only $550/month (the total montly rent is $2000 and we'll be responsible for the rest). Electric is extra (maybe $25/person/month) and other utilities are included. The living room is HUGE (24'0 x 12'0), so there will still be a large living room area once it's divided to give a private makeshift bedroom that's nearly the size of the other bedrooms. There's 24-hour security guard, uniformed doorman, PRIME location - 5 minute walk to Dupont Circle metro, great restaurants all around, AC, gated access, valet in the building for dry cleaning, etc., laundry facility, exercise room, ballroom, Gothic architecture, wall-to-wall carpeting.
