Toe Claw is a documentary about an aberration that haunts from time to time the isolated areas around the South Bay (San Pedro bunkers, Pt. Fermin, the cliffs,...) and the L.A. river, Griffith Park backwoods, and all drainage pipes within the vicinity.
He is an enigma in which everyone has attached their own personal story and belief. This will not be a documentary that clearly explains a mystery but rather one that shows the personal interaction that people bring to something that can never be explained. The closer one looks; the farther away ,that which is being looked at , becomes. This is a documentary about memory.
