Subject: The week is over

I was reading Sham's post and was thinking to myself that everyone remembers July 16, and the thing that has stuck with me the past 3 years is that .. it was a week long tortuous wait. So when July 16 comes around, It is like that whole week the 16-22 is one long remembrance. Its horrible! Now today I glanced at my Calander and saw that it was the 23rd.. the day things started to settle down. only thing is, it is still fresh in so many people's minds.
It must be horrible that the family has to see things every year.
Some ignore it, some remember and then go on. Some of us recall very clearly. I wonder how long if ever it will be, until it seems like a distant memory. Sometimes I don't think it will ever seem that way, Just take a look at those that are still alive from 1963.
