My name is Ara Treesong, I'm a female squirrel, and I'm 7 seasons old. My older sister's name is Sarina and she's 13 seasons old. We both used to live with my grandmother, but I have no idea where my parents are. Grandma would never tell us anything other than,"Your parents came here when you were both just little squirrels, and left you with me. They said they were leaving, and might not be back for a while. I was supposed to take care of you both, and take you to Redwall Abbey when you were old enough so that your parents would know where to find you." Now we are living happily at Redwall. Here's how that came to be. My grandma and her family would always go to Redwall Abbey for the spectacular feasts, or they would just make up excuses to go and visit. Grandma always told us great stories about Redwall. She said the food was excellent and everybeast was friendly. My grandmother, being as old as she was, decided that she should take us to live at the Abbey before she got much older so that we would be taken care of when she died. She took out a very old map and led us up a large woodland path to the Abbey. Sarina and I were amazed at the size of the place. We wondered how much larger it would look from the inside. Grandma stepped up to the gate and tapped on it with her cane. We were let inside by a very nice otter, and led into the Great Hall for supper. Everybeast was so nice, and I made lots of new friends. Grandma, Sarina, and I have been living at the Abbey ever since. I don't think that we'll ever want to leave again! :-)

Random things about me:
1. Even though I'm a squirrel and I love to climb trees, my favorite thing to do is swim!
2. I love to practice with my small bow and arrows.
3. I am very easily excited and entertained.
4. My fur is silver, which is quite odd for a squirrel of my age, but I think that it's really neat!
5. I love to laugh!
I think that's it for me. See 'ya around! ;-)
