Subject: A New An' Improved, Less Stue-ish History! Author: Dotti [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 18:23:54 10/30/08 Thu She had lived with her Mum and Dad happily for a few seasons in a little village right on the outskirts of Mossflower Wood, when suddenly the great Vermin Wars struck. Her parents ran away with Dotti, not knowing anything about fighting. Knowing that the family must stick together at all times, they brought her to Redwall. She was 5 seasons old at the time. After a month in Redwall, Redwall soon got tired of her crazy antics and sent her to Salamandastron. Her Dad and Mum begged her to stay, telling the Abbess that they would tame her, but it was not to be. Dotti was forced to part to her parents and had to go to Salamandastron. But, after a month, Salamandastron sent her back to Redwall. But Redwall just had to send her back! Finally they came to an agreement. Salamandastron would take her for one month, and Redwall would take her for the next month. Soon Dotti was living happily with her parents for a month, and with the hares of Salamandastron for the next month. Once Dotti was 10 seasons, she happened to come upon an acting caravan while out picking blueberries. It was always her dream to act, but she had never had the chance. She recklessly hopped aboard. Very soon Dotti regretted what she had done. A score of water rats attacked the caravan, and Dotti escaped only with her life. She wandered around Mossflower, cold and desperate, also completely shamed. She thought she would die in the Wood, when she suddenly saw Redwall looming in the distance. She was 12 seasons old. Redwall welcomed her back, and Dotti was reunited with her family. Also, Dotti's Mum had born a son, Tumrun. Dotti was overjoyed! But, even with her happiness, Dotti still felt awful about how she had gone away with the caravan. Her parents forgave her, but she still felt bad. Finally, she got over it, but a lesson had definitely been learned. Dotti was a Warrior for Redwall, but she was never elected Official Abbey Warrior. Instead, when Dotti became older, she was made Official Nursemaid Over the Dibbuns, which she had great fun with! Dotti lived happily for the rest of her life, serving her home.
