Well, I was born in the Spring of the Bouncing Boughs four seasons ago. I lived in east Mossflower woods for most of my life until I was brought to Redwall. My parents were "messengers" and delivered messages all around Mossflower. I was still too young to travel, and I was a bit of a handful as well. So for the first two and a half seasons of my life I lived with my grandmother. She lived near one of the tributaries of the River Moss in a giant treehouse. She had a balcony that overlooked the river. Sometimes the Gousim would sail past and Grandma would invite them in. When that happened I was happy because then I could see my shrew friend Finto. We were best buddies and partners in crime.
But one winter, Grandma got sick. Two weeks later, she died. A neighboring family of doormice took me in until my parents came home. I was sad about Grandma's death, but I didn't let that stop me. I made friends with Krinkle, a female doormouse about my age. When my parents came home, they decided to take me to Redwall. They had been to Redwall several times and they knew that they had children my age there. So to Redwall I went. When I got there, I discovered DAB. And now, I have a ton of friends who agree on my view of bathing. :)
