Is it Richard or Patrick Balone? I know a Patrick Balone in my Unitech days. Last I heard he was working for Niugini Electrical out of Lae after graduation in 2000. He was a good buddy of mine.

This Jamaican looking Engan is a Kompiam cool dude! I know his brother, Peter Balone Kanaparo as a former classmate f mine at UPNG. Peter currently serves as a lecturer at the UPNG in the Business strand.
