There's already a chat room here. Just click on "chat" above and it should take you to the chat room.
It tends to be pretty desolate and rarely used.
You may wish to set aside a time to meet and talk there.

Network 54 chat function has changed in the past 2 weeks.

Chatters from outside USA are unable to access the chat rooms, unless they are accepted as members into the chat group.

This group has to be set up by the administrators to enable chatters from outside of USA to use the room.

A link has to be set up for registered network54 members to apply for membership into that group, or administrators can add members manually.

I am fairly certain this is what is required.
