"I am going to go change, think Chris is up yet?" He was anxious to spend some time with his boy, he missed him horribly when he was away from him for the whole day. He knew the boy needed his naps though - Angel was always reminding him of that when Vin was wanting to go wake him up to play with him. His head cocked to the side as he sniffed gently, dinner smelled good and his tummy was growling himself. --

She smiled a touch and brushed his hair back from his face, the latinas dark features so much different to his own. "Yeah... he's been sleepin' a few hours... you can go get him up. He's been asking for you all day." She sat herself up as he stood, brushing her hair from her face and readjusting her shirt. "Dinner will probably be done in ten minutes or so" She said, checking her watch as she stood. She yawned sleepily and moved into his arms, winding her arms up around his neck and pressing an affectionate kiss to his neck, murmering a quiet and tender 'love you' to him before heading off to the kitchen to fix a salad to go with the lasagne, a smile remaining on her full lips as she did.
