Angel smiled and took her food, giving Chris a couple of mouthfuls of rice before she dug in herself. He had the appetite of his father, undoubtedly. She smiled at vin as his hands played in her hair, her gaze meeting his but the words remaining unspoken. She did say a word about it all evening... they watched a movie and put Chris to bed and went about as they normally would. It wasn;t until they themselves headed up for bed that she slipped intot he bathroom and reached for a test from inside the cupboard int he bathroom. Two minutes later she was sat on the edge of the bathtub in her robe , chewing at her lip. She finally drew a breath and pursed her lips together, standing and turning the test over- she had read the instructions plenty of times before so she knew what to look for. --

He let out a soft breath as he watched her slip into the bathroom. He knew what she was doing and he also knew she needed to do this on her own. She had to have her own time to adjust to whatever the test said and then she would share it with him. So, quietly, he stripped down so he was bare assed when he climbed into the bed, having no modesty whatsoever as he laid on top of the covers and crossed his arms behind his head, his eyes resting on the bathroom door as he waited for her. He would be there waiting no matter what the results, whether to hold her while she cried or to let her rant and yell at him for things that weren't his fault....no matter what happened he would be right there waiting.
