Couldn't agree more with your sentiments, dude. The music available over here is mostly over-processed crap.
There is an interesting underground live scene emerging though, so check the local indie rags for gig details.
Pacifier have released the US-version of the new album in the UK - the launch being a little too low-key for my liking - but you can pick up a copy from the Metal sections of HMV or Virgin.
