Subject: asking permission to use graphics...

Hi, I wasnt sure where to ask, but I am currently doing a website diploma in new zealand. We have been given a design project to complete, and the topic I chose was new zealand music. I decided to specialise a bit more and choose a specific band - Pacifier.

My question is, would I be allowed to use some graphic material from the official website on my project? The project is only internal, and would no be available on the internet to anyone.
The graphics I would like to use would just be photos and maybe the album art from the latest album.
