..... You asked this nearly one year ago, still need an answer? You don't know the speed the forklift was travelling. the angle it was hit at, nor do you know the effect of the friction (depends of the kind of ground); this problem can't really provide a proper answer in view of the missing inormation. But in theory:
..... In general, force=mass times acceleration. Acceleration (feet per second per second) is the change of velocity (feet per second) per time (seconds)
