Most of the injuries and deaths happened in the Altanta and South Carolina areas due to icy roads and ice laden branches falling on cars.
I didn't hear of any deaths in my area during the 2/22 storm.
I don't know what it is with governments. They just can't seem to get prepared for moderate events,let alone the serious ones!
