Summer is going by so fast that I cannot believe it. It has been incredibly busy. My first two restaurants continue to post 20+% increases every month, and now I'm smack dab in the middle of putting together two more. One opens next Monday and another in late August. Needless to say, I'm pracatically sleeping on the first site right now.

I never thought we'd have four, and now they are telling me to get ready to build a fifth early next year. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Or should I say YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Never imagined I could realize a dream and earn a living at the same time!

Good luck with the smoker. We just got around to buying an outdoor grill last week. Had to keep Mrs. RJ happy too!
