Subject: Games That Weren't launched - Lost C64 games

Games That Weren't 64 has been fully completed and launched.

http://cs.c64.org
or http://www.fgasking.freeserve.co.uk

The site has seen a whole new facelift, and some much needed improvements.

GTW is a non-profit project aiming to find the lost games of the Commodore 64. Lost games like "Parasol Stars", "Daffy Duck", "Murder" and many other games (Many of which you have all talked about within Lemon).

It needs your help if you can give it, so if you know anything on the games we talk about, then please email us.

There are now reviews for every game, which totals 382 reviews, including many new ones. Each review comes with (If available) its own download, screenshots, music download, scans, creator's views, articles and other extras where available. There are over 1000 screenshots in total too.

A text wanted list has been compiled of all the games we are hunting for, a list which will continue to grow, and hopefully we can shrink as the project starts doing its work. A few games are in the pipeline of making their way into the archive, which will be reveilled hopefully soon.

If you run a news board, diskzine, paper magazine etc, then please feel free to mention the project, in the hope that enough people will see the games and possibly have information on them. Hopefully even some ex-c64 programmers.

Please feel free to give any feedback also, any problems etc. I have tried to get the site easy to use as possible, and as compatible as possible (Especially between IE and Netscape). Recommended above 800x600 res (Way above )

More updates to come soon.. including some interesting developments and interviews.

Frank
GTW Team
