1. Yes, horses do age. The Owners will age the horses whenever they feel like it. (Our one ounce of random-ness in this game.) Typically, we try to wait for a loll in the number of new members, since we don't want to age their horses *right* after they join.

2. Yes, you do have to buy the food for the boarders horses, unless you tell the boarders that they must supply their own food. Typically, since boarding stables do supply feed (except on self-care horses), we encourage you to supply feed for your boarders' horses.
