VoyForums hasn't made any changes that can cause this problem, and it's unlikely to be an issue with voy.com. It seems the common issue is that Microsoft updates (MSIE) and possibly Firefox updates are the culprit. Whatever the case, if anyone is experiencing this problem, we'd like to hear from you.
