VoyForums Announcement: Programming and providing support for this service has been a labor of love since 1997. We are one of the few services online who values our users' privacy, and have never sold your information. We have even fought hard to defend your privacy in legal cases; however, we've done it with almost no financial support -- paying out of pocket to continue providing the service. Due to the issues imposed on us by advertisers, we also stopped hosting most ads on the forums many years ago. We hope you appreciate our efforts.

Regarding recent downtime, most notably August 3rd and 13th, we wanted to update you: We were hard at work trying to figure out the solution of the problem we were experiencing; installing, testing, retesting, and replacing hardware. Working in conjunction with our ISP, and top network and routing engineers, we think we finally have isolated the problem. We may need to do more testing in the coming few days, but the outages or slowdowns should be very brief.

We wanted to take this moment to reiterate our commitment to providing you with quality, stable, reliable service. We're in it for the long haul, as many of you have been with us since 1998 know. In the coming next few months, we will be implementing many new features and improvements that will make our service even better. Keep your eyes peeled on the news page.

And on that note, we're happy to announce a new feature: Autolinking!
Now all you have to do to put links into messages is to put the url that starts with http:// in your post and the link will be clickable automatically. We're working on image linking, so look for that soon!
