Subject: The Clear Button does not work when I try to use it.HELP!

When I try and remove a message so that I can reply to it in a clean box, it does not work. I have tried Netscape Browser and IE browser. Is this a bur or am I not using it right??

Can someone post to me the correct way to use it maybe or tell me if its a glitch in the voy board forums?
