However, it's always good to know how to put HTML in. If you want to allow HTML in posts, make sure the Allow HTML in Posts option is enabled in the General Configuration area.

Regarding HR lines: We allow you to put anything you want there -- you may decide they want an <IMG src="some_url"> there (perhaps an image that spans across the screen), in which case you'd need to have the image located somewhere on the web (available at "some_url").

Another example would be to simply display thicker HR lines, like <HR size=3>
