Subject: Automatic Linking & Extra field boxes

Eeek, I gave the incorrect URL last post :-) corrected here!! and reposted!

To Voy Forum Support Staff,

Please could you advise when you would possibly be able to provide us with some extra field boxes eg for for my guests, and also automatic live linking for ordinary messages if possible, ie when those who don't know html type in the full http address, it will come up automatically as a live link in their posted message - this would be soooooo useful as my guests leave a lot of links!!

I had asked this some months ago and though you responded it was a great idea, we've heard nothing yet. No one seems to read the Support Board much these days let alone answer them. What's going on?

If you need help with the scripts, you can go to: http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/readme/wwwboard.shtml Matt's Script Archive for WWWBoard (discussion board and message forum) or http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/wwwboard.shtml where he has a script for inserting the extra fields and live linking for guests. It's tempting to try and create a board of my own from his script but (groans) - that's like too much hard work and I'm not that much computer literate ... flunked out of computer classes in college a couple of times cos the programming language just got to me!! :)

Pleeeze could you try and read Matt's script and fix the extra stuff for us? If you know what you're reading, I'm sure it's really easy peasy for you!!!
