Subject: Been there, done that

Today was no exception. Doubling up on coverages is certainly no new concept. As with so many things at the post office, it's just a recycled idea that doesn't work. It didn't work the first time we did it, never has worked, won't work in the future. Kind of the definition of insanity, isn't it? I thought this was something our local management thought up (no, that would mean it was a new idea) - ok, regurgitated - better word - kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth doesn't it. But when I got home, I found a double coverage in my mailbox. Ha! Explains it all now doesn't it?!
