Subject: YOU HAVE TO - IT'S IN THE BIBLE

Customer Service can mostly be defined by the little things - those seemingly insignificant things that are often taken for granted, but when they're gone, are missed. And a commitment to those little details will often be the success or failure of a service related business. Let me give you an example. Filling out a 3575Z or a carrier generated COA card - a moved-left-no-forward card. Other than the 10 days to hold mail, there's not a lot of time or effort to filling one out. But it is important to the customer (the mailing one) that we do it. That is not to mention the efficiency and expense savings to the system. It's what you do(requirement) if the customer leaves without submitting a COA. I'm sure it's in the bible - well at least the postal one (ELM). Kinda tough if we don't have any though. And we haven't for some time. Ordering problems? So what! That's just a lame excuse. But management barely even gives a shrug and says 'just knock it off'. And that response just makes my head spin
