I'm not an expert but I would say that it is still usable.
Try tomato juice to get the stain out.

What about trying to scour it with baking soda? or salt? Of course my granddad always said if you cook it on you can cook it off. Maybe try simmering it with dish soap in it. You never know. Thats my two cents worth. LOL God bless DEBinOK

Try a lemon and salt thats what I clean mine with takes off most stains
