How can you keep the columns visable so you can scroll through the pages in order update the grades? It seems to me that most of the problems we are experiencing come when we use the customized gradebook. Unfortunately, the one that comes with the site is not as all-encompassing as we would like it to be. Another problem with the gradebook is that if you use the customized gradebook, it won't add totals for you. If you aren't able to use the gradebook, how are you getting student grades to them? It sounds like it would be a lot of work to not use it... Anyway, I just spoke with our client care rep from Embanet yesterday and filed a "formal" complaint about the gradebook and the chat room....I will send you all more details about that via email. I use the custom gradebook (because the other one is too limiting), and I hate my weekly update sessions. Sometimes (like now) I find anything else to do .............. Sigh ........... One thing that Embanet might consider is making the titles appear at both the top and bottom of the columns (and the names on either end of the rows). That would help some, at least.
