Article 2 - Freedom of speech and conscience

You need to add: money is not speech. And, you need
to lay out public campaign financing.

Article 13 - Personhood

You need to add: Corporations are not people. And you
need to make corporations subject to government control.
There needs to be a corporate death penalty.

Article 19 - The Environment

You need to add: The economy is a subset of the ecology.
Therefore, the government budget and all corporate books
will use something like the "Index of Sustainable Economic
Welfare" to calculate their true impact on the environment.
GNP is not a valid measure of environmental impact.
