hi there, i was so sorry to read your story, you do have the right to know your daughter and i hope the law does change, they always think men are the bad guys it is not fair at all,
my mother left home when i was 11 years old, and i was lucky because by the time it got to court i was old enough to chose who i wanted to live with i stayed with my dad and it did me no harm what so ever, i think it is law that you have access arangements and one it has been to court you can not change the days unless the child is ill or somthing,
men are so un fairly treated, i am a lady but i know what is like as my dad had to fight for me. my father was told he could have custody of me on the understanding that my mother was given reasonable access i thought this should work both ways, I hope and pray the law gets changed and quick, we need our dads in our lives too, people dont relise what it is like for a child to feel piggy in the middle where one parent is down grading the other been so scared of hurting either party, you could try to get advice from a citizens idvice beuro or somthing it is free i think.
anyway sorry to of troubled you,
i am one person willing to stand up for fathers rights.
