It's pretty raw. To add to the craziness, the budget crisis is caused by tax cuts he demanded.

And yeah, the bill mentions specifically power plants but let a lawyer get hold of it and that power will grow like a weed. What about land attached to power plants, land suitable for power plants, buildings that ever held any associated office, etc. What does associated MEAN in this context. Yeah.
