You talk about malls being close together, we have a place in our area that has one big mall, another in the next block and another across the street from the second one! How many hotel/motel rooms do we really need? How many condos? How many retirement centers? How many assisted living? At some point, someone should have said "enough already!"

Our oldest son is president of the plan commission and when he got wind that WalMart wanted to build one of their super stores, he got busy and got the town's master plan ammended limiting the square footage of a store which eliminates any big box stores.
