Subject: I had a job interview today. I didn't know anything about the job until the interview. They're willing to hire me, though...but I'm not planning on taking the job, which is pretty much make me a door-to-door knife salesman. Picture it. I dare you.

As for the office, well...that's nice to hear, too bad I doubt I'll ever get to see the new & improoved office. As much as I liked the gaming thing I did over Fall Break, my overall opinion of that trip was that it was a rather large waste of my time.

Sorry, but I spent my fall break down there and didn't get much more than a second look from any of my old buds, and I didn't even know most of those guys. I did like Tribes, though...but I'm still not sold on the FPS genre. Too mindless, if'n ya ask me. Give me RTS anyday, thanks. Not that I would turn down a massive 20-player shoot-out, mind you, but the effort involved in getting to the LAN wouldn't be worth it, especially since I rarely play computer games nowadays, though I'll not refuse a good bout of Starcraft, provided I've got the time. (Emphasis there on the word "good." The reason I hate 2v2/3v3 so much is because 9 times out of 10 those things follow the following format:

1: One player gets double-rushed and dies
2: That player's teammate dies.
3: Game over.

Sorry, that aint my idea of fun, and if you guys want me to play, I shall only concent to FFA or Chaos. Otherwise, I guess I just wont play. Darn. I ALMOST care. ;-P

I'd play Mech Commander, but there are two types of Mech Commander games. SL (ladder) and non-SL. SL, you spend about four times as long finding and setting up the game as you would playing it, and 9 times out of 10 the game is never actually played. In non-SL, you always wind up with the teammate who's never played before an usually ends up getting Vulture W's with Hunchback J's to scout. (Thrax, Drake...back me up here, you know this is true.)

Actually, I once played an SL game, 1 on 1, with a guy who scouted with jumping Hunchbacks. For those of you who don't play Mech Commander, Hunchbacks...well, they suck. Medium class mech, good in close quarters, but not much weapon space, and pretty slow. Not much armor...

I'd play if there was good competition, but I dislike SL, or ladder play in general. Ya know Thrax, you and I never did go one on one, we'll have to bump mechs some time. ;-)

Then there's Diablo...sweet game, but ever since I stayed up all night long with Drake beating Diablo in one sitting...heh, we won the tournament though, that was good.

Can't wait for Diablo 2, though...it's supposed to be ALOT longer than Diablo 1. I've heard that each of the four acts is longer than the entire game of Diablo 1. Guild Halls will be smaller games which allow alot more people to join...so clan meetings will actually be clan meetings.

Think of how voting could work....

"Ok...I'm gonna drop a sword and a shield on the ground...everyone on favor stand on the sword, everyone opposed, go by the shield." I think we should do that...seriously.

In addition, each player has a chest that just kinda follows them from game to game. Only that player can get into it, so you can collect goodies. There are clan chests as well. Treasury! Cha-CHING!!

Anyway, assuming anyone is still reading this, I'm stopping now. I hate being bored.
