Our division in HR has taken on the development of a career management process for our employees. Inherency and Need: We have addressed the career management process as much as we can and now need to come up with the "next steps". This will require an adaption of a new policy by which Corporate Services will become a "learning organization". Policy: 1. Create the "next step" needed to provide ongoing personal and professional development. 2. Define what a "learning organization" is. 3. Focus on creating a "learning organization" environment. Advantages: Promote personal and professional development. Counterplan: Evaluation and revision periodically as needed - based on results of implementation of plan.

The new policy is the plan.
