Good luck on getting your Internet site going! The more information you can put out there (e.g. hours, details about your programs, costs, etc.) the less calls you may receive with questions. If you can set up a page on your site that is interactive so that people can e-mail you questions, that should help lessen the phone calls also. Any forms/brochures that you can put on your site that they can download & print will be a great information venue and will save a lot of printing costs.
