I often feel disconnected when there are to many things going on at one time and need to place priorities.

Taking the time to place priorities helps me to stay connected. Relaxing or sitting in silence for at least 10 minutes twice a day can also help to keep me connected.

Removing myself from persons that cause me to become disconneted also helps.
