Subject: Is my Rottie pregnant?
In reply to: zina antolin 's message, "rottweiler pregnancy" on 14:11:31 05/06/03 Tue

I believe there is a possibility that our (my husband and my) rottweiler may be pregnant - but I am not sure what exactly to look for. Are there certain signs that would let me know? She had a litter about 4 years ago (which I was not around for), but now that she's older, is there something I/we should look for? I am suspecting it was maybe a little less than 40 days since possible conception.
I am not too familiar with the breeding of dogs, and any advise would be greatly helpful. She seems to be doing well, and the only difference so far is that she seem to be drinking more water than normal.

Please advise ASAP with any advise as to what to look for. I'd hate to put her through a trip to the vet unless truly necessary.

Thank you,
Anastasia
