For starters, I shall state that I believe WHOLEHEARTEDLY that Seishirou-san said "I love you" and cannot be converted to any other theory by any means. Ahem. Anyway.

Here's my take on the whole clusterfuck. First off, if Sei-san said "I hate you" or "I never loved you", then why did Subaru-kun look so shocked afterwards? I mean, that shit isn't new to him. Look at TB volume seven, for example. It was pretty obvious for Subaru-kun that Sei-san didn't care for him (or was in a megafucking state of denial, in my opinion).

Second of all, what Subaru-kun said afterwards doesn't necessarily mean that he was expecting Sei-san to say "I love you." I mean, that's the last thing he'd expect. No, I think Subaru-kun said "you never say what I expect you to say, do you?" in an ironic, thoughtful kind of a way, considering Sei-san has always had the persistant habit of shocking Subaru-kun with everything he says. Once again, refer to Tokyo Babylon. I say, you can't have X without TB, it just isn't fucking possible.

Anywho, I'm open to debate on this, but no one's going to convert me. This is my gospel, damnit. ^^
