I gave thought to this before, but since beginning Tsubasa, it's really become interesting.
You can categorize all of CLAMP's works into roughly 4-5 worlds.
The 'CLAMP Campus' World: Any work dealing with CLAMP Campus. This category includes Tokyo Babylon, X, CLAMP Campus Detectives, Man of Many Faces, CLAMP Campus Defenders, CLAMP Paranormal Investigators (I think that's what it's called) and so forth.
The 'Technology' World: Slightly misleading. Basically, Chobits, Angelic Layer, and CardCaptor Sakura. Since both Chobits and CCS make references to Angelic Layer (the game), they'd have to be in the same world.
The 'Cross-Over' World: Tsubasa and xxxholic. This should be pretty easy to understand. Take note, however, that CLAMP's other 'cross-over' piece, Miyuki-chan, wouldn't actually fit in here.
The 'One-Shot' Worlds: Another misleading category, because this includes all the stand-alone works like Rg Veda.
Now, I know there are still a bunch of titles missing (Shira-hime, Suki, Gohou Drug ect), but... Well, I haven't read a bunch of these titles yet. ^_^() And I'm still trying to figure out a couple like Magic Knight Rayearth and Wish. I don't like just sticking all the unknowns into 'one-shot'. Any help would be quite appreciated!
