Seishirou definitely does not make his appearance until volume six. Throughout six and seven, you have the lovely flashbacks to his time in Clow Country as well as his attacking of his former pupil, Syaoran (gee, Seichan's just so affectionate!). Subaru and Hokuto, it appears, are referred to be Seishirou as "twin vampires", and he's trying to hunt them down across dimensions (why this is and whether Subaru and Hokuto really are vampires has yet to be explained). The explanation given in the Tsubasa universe as to why Seichan's right eye is blind is because he wished for the power to cross dimensions to hunt down Subaru and Hokuto, and Yuuko agreed to grant him this power (although it is described as having its limits, unlike Mokona Modoki) in exchange for his right eye. He is apparently in possession of one of Sakura's feathers (whether it's actually IN his right eye or not, I'm not sure . . . I've only read translations, don't have the Japanese manga and haven't seen scanlations, yet), and for that reason, you can be sure that he is GOING to make a return appearance after leaving Syaoran, Fye, Kurorin, Sakura, and Mokona after the little encounter in Outo/Edonis. You can problem expect to see Subaru and Hokuto in future volumes of Tsubasa, then, too . . . although Kamui, Kotori, Fuuma, and most of the Dragons of Earth have yet to pop up. Personally, I'd like to see Emeraldhime and Hinotohime bump into each other and mirror each other's actions and such . . . I'm sorry but, "Kamui, please save the Earth!" and "Magic Knights, please save our world!" . . . not to mention their general dispositions and harboring of a secret "other" self that has rather violent desires . . . oh, and I'd love to see Seiichirou, Fujitaka, and Akechisan bump into each other and get confused as to who is who.
