oh thanks so much for responding.
so what that line is saying is?:
if it's wrong for people to kill others since (as yuuto told satsuki) someone will feel sad, why do people wish to be killed for their important person's sake.
when you want to die to protect another, you lose sight of what's important: that special person and their happiness.

yep and i think in vol 13 when fuuma torments kamui, fuuma tells sorata that this is what kamui wants.
though it seems unoriginal (and i'm hoping it's something different), it's possible that kamui's wish is for fuuma to kill him. and because he doesn't realize it, the future of him dying can't be changed.
also when fuuma granted nataku's wish he told karen that fulfulling people's wishes expresses his own. to me it could mean that one of his wishes is to make others happy, especially kamui. so if kamui wants to die, fuuma will do this to make kamui happy but not himself.
i think fuuma doesn't want the foretold to become true, and tries to have kamui realize his true wish so that he can change it.
don't know if it fits with all the clues, but it's a thought.^u^
hopefully it won't take too long for clamp to give out the characters' actual wishes/motives. *fingers crossed*
