I need help wit my pet store...since my wife died I've found it very difficult but things have got worse....there are no longer any customers.

When I visit the pet store from home, my shop works fine. I can open and close, sims come and go and its great. The only issue I have is that my Cashier, Lara Wang, left town so she doesn't come in when I call her, and she's still on my employee list.

The problem is this. When sims from other families try to visit my pet store they can't get it. They get stuck in traffic and the shop never loads for them.

At first I thought it was because I didn't have a nanny....so I hired one so I could be available at my store anytime. I also quit my job as an Ecologist so I could spend all my time on the shop. However, this hasn't helped. I reduced the amount of kennels I had for the dogs and cats, from 6 in total, to 2, one cat, one dog. But this hasn't helped either!

Does anyone know what's going on? Why can't sims visit? Is it because Lara is no longer coming in as the cashier yet she's still on my employee list? If so...how do I fire her?

HELP!
