I saw the photos you sent in my mail, I'll have to check them out soon and send you some of my own. You would laugh if you say the place I'm living in now. It's like an old granny house. There weren't many options available when I first moved here, so I took what I could get just to get moved in. I could stay here and hire a decorator, but I think I'll probably move to something a little more urban in style. They don't have official apartments here, but we do have an apartment style building. There's a single mom with a toddler living on the bottom floor. I've been looking into the possibility renting the upper floor.

I always knew Laci was a smart girl. I'm glad to hear she's keeping her grades up and taking care of her growing collection of pets. That girl is going to have a zoo one day.

I'm glad to hear the little girls are doing well. They grow up so fast, don't they? Congratulations on the new one on the way. You and Suzanna just keep them coming, don't you? lol I'll be praying for a boy for you this time. ;)

I've been meeting a lot of new sims. The neighbors are very friendly. I had a whole houseful stop by to say hello when I first moved in. One of my neighbors invited me to his poker night last weekend. It was fun to just hang out with the guys and get to know some new sims. I've been doing a lot of networking, making calls to different households to find out what they'd like to see improved in the hood structure, especially now that we've upgraded the total infrastructure, or in the architecture. My latest project is redesigning the local art gallery. The woman in charge of it wasn't happy with the original design, so hopefully I can come up with something that works better for you.

How's things with you? Work going ok? What have you all been up to?
