Subject: JACKIE AND THE FARM FAIR

It is with great sadness that I write this. Today, September 9, 2002, I resigned as Farm Fair Organizer. I have given this much consideration and feel very strongly that without Seth's expertise, knowledge and all of his unspoken help, that I will not be able to adequately present this years Farm Fair. Last year, Seth was not allowed to be present on fair day. Because of this, I had to take time that should have been spent with running the fair to do things that Seth would have been doing. I cannot fathom experiencing this again throughout the planning, preparation and execution of the fair itself. I have never asked for much help prior to fair day, but have always received Seths unconditional help, because it was his job, and that made him my right-hand man. Gone! Me too!
