I was hoping someone would bring up this topic. It's been bothering me, too. My line of reasoning is that since we did not have a Farm Fair this year, there must be some sort of significant savings in this year's budget... so why an increase of 10%? I'm certain that many in our community are living on fixed incomes, and that this is going to be burdensome for more than a few.
