THANK YOU Annabeth!! Keeping in mind some of the things I have seen on this website I wasnt sure if there would be anyone with the same concerns. Unfortunately just asking for a copy of the most recent minutes has been frustrating. I dont want to play hard ball and use my knowledge (and basics of my profession) of Real Estate Law in a "confrontation" with the Board in regards to statutes and codes, but maybe if enough residents show up or sign a petition to stop the raise of our dues maybe it'll be the start for better communication. In addition it might be a good way to get more residents involved with our little community. I have felt in the past like a total outsider and if I didnt volunteer then I didnt have any rights at all. But we all need to remember it is OUR money being spent and I would think the Board would be a little more willing to clarify issues. Thanks again Annabeth for your words of support.
