Been doing alot of reading. And I've been making a list of actual state codes and statutes, just in case I run into any problems which I shouldn't, right?. I also hope that my request is met with professional respect and ethics and also seen as my right as a property owner. Again Annabeth thank you for all your support and kind words. They are very much appreciated by this Farm resident. In all my reading came up with new question - Per Article VIII of CC&R's "Assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively for the improvement and maintenance of the Common Area...". We are a Non-Profit organization and as such are not obligated to provide health insurance to employees. We have a blanket insurance policy that covers for injuries that could occur on common areas.

You might have already done this but read Article XII
>of the Farm By-Laws, Page 13, dated 12/6/2001. There
>should be a copy of the Corporate Code at the Barn.
>Don't let them snowball you. Knowledge is power.
>It's great to hear that someone other than the usual
>farmers asking some hard questions. The former Board,
>(hope this one is different)
>had a way of just flipping you off. Even some of the
>board members themselves were/have been kept in the
>dark. Try and figure that one out. That leaves all
>sorts of room for interpretation, doesn't it?
