Well, the new BOD, specifically the new President and her good buddy have now managed to run out the best aministrator the Farm has ever had (Cheryl), run off Seth, who rumor has it, quit today also. Seth was the lifeforce of the Farm and an outrageous, huge mistake has been made in forcing him to quit. Now, the community has lost the best receptionist the Farm has had. Kellie was always so pleasant to all of us who live here. What are you doing, BOD?

What on earth will it take to make you understand that the problem is not with the employees, but with the BOD. There are at least two of you who should resign and let's get this Board back in control. It's the employees we need to run the Farm Barn, they have done fine up until this new President took over. You have now lost three very talented and very much needed employees in less than six weeks because of your actions, so don't try to sugar coat it with pat answers. You blew it, now you need to fix it and you owe all of us homeowners an apology for the mess you have now created. There is a distinct relationship between the loss of these three employees and when the new BOD with the new President took over. IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT, YOU ARE BLIND. Through the rumor mill I have learned that none of these three employees, who all quit without notice, left with no job waiting for them. In other words, it must have been so bad there, that walking out the door with no job in the horizon was a better alternative than staying there one more day!!!!! Residents------is a recall of one or two BOD in order?
