I have it from good information that Cheryl's abrupt departure was for the exact same reasons mentioned in the previous message and for the exact same reasons that Seth and Kellie left. However, her health was in tremedous jeopardy and she could not hold out any longer. The BOD members (and they should know by now who they are) and the other employee who is remaining in the office (and from what I hear overjoyed that she has been able to get rid of everyone that used to work there) made Cheryl's working environment impossible and made her blood pressure rise to stroke level. Her doctor told her to get out now or her life as she knew it was in jeopardy. I know for a fact that Cheryl loved working at The Farm Barn previous to the election of the new President and she was very sad to have to leave her friends and co-workers, Seth and Kellie. She had also made very good friends with many of the residents and volunteers and misses them also. Cheryl, who is a friend of mine, has worked hard on getting her health back in order after leaving and just now six weeks later, is pretty much back to her old self. Why did she have to go through all that because of a couple of people and why did Seth and Kellie have to go through what they have gone through. I will be contacting the appropriate people myself to see if there is anything that can be done to rectify the damage that has been done to the employees and this community by electing the current board. I am surprised that the remainder of the BOD that we elected have allowed the BOD to get so out of control and let one person (actually I believe it is two) bring things to this point. I, as a homeowner, cannot fathom what will now happen with our community without the expertise of the employees we once had only a short time ago.
