With her arms still around Icey, Pearl watches Lyf without speaking for a moment, stunned at how much older Lyf sounded than she actually was. After her pause, Pearl shakes her head slightly to clear away thoughts and smiles warmly at her granddaughter. I am quite fine, my dear. I had to take an "extended" vacation, but for now I should be back. Still smiling, she extends her arms in an invitation for a hug.
(ooc)I am still grounded from the internet, at least until the next report card. I am still sneaking online, but I should be around more often.)
