Brad, noone is arguing with you. We have been suggesting this for some time, however, our only issue has been in regards to those other players who don't get picked. I know that some people feel 'Who cares?" however, currently we have 20 kids gaining exposuer to the game, and in some ages 30. Yes, I agree it would be nice to win a title so we can all feel good about ourselves, but ultimately I get a buzz just seeing people gain from the experience and go along and live a productive and happy life. See for me its more then just the game because only about 1% of our elite kids will go onto play elite adult basketball. Most of these kids involved are learning life skills, and being a teacher I'm sure you would understand this.

Anyway, as I said, I think combining at Rep Level is a good move, if it still caters for your Second and Third string players.
