Damn straight. What would be an idea to try and gain that wider community support would for a draft plan of this proposal to be developed by Mulgrave's hierachy. Then, over a period of a month or so have this posted wherever and whenever possible. Then a General Meeting should be called, if enough interest is shown both financially and personal wise then the proposal should be swung into full gear. IT should be said though that the hierachy will NOT be able to go the processes alone, so each and every Mulgrave member would need to support it in every possible fashion.
